Delivery Policy

We presently deliver to Cyprus.

Orders exceeding €40 are eligible for free home delivery.

Shipping charges for deliveries within Cyprus are €4.00 to the specified address in Cyprus (EU) and for pick-up from either your local "Geniki Taxidromiki Kiprou" or our Limassol store. Shipping typically requires 2-5 business days for delivery and may vary due to factors such as high demand, public holidays, and other scheduling constraints.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policies

If your purchase doesn't completely satisfy you, we're here to assist. You have a 30-days window from the receipt of your order to return the items in accordance with the Terms of Use on our website. Note that all products to be eligible for return must meet all the following criteria's:

  1) In their original , unused, and undamaged packaging 

  2) All tags must be included 

  3) Clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached

  4) Including the sales receipt is 100% necessary.

• Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted. 

• Returns on sales products are not accepted.

• Used or washed items are not eligible for return.

Return Instructions

1. Email us at miniminimalisticboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Include your phone number for potential follow-up.

2. Upon approval of your return request, we'll provide instructions on how to return the products.

3.  You are obligated to send the returned items only through " Geniki Taxidromiki Kiprou".

 

Refunds

Cash refunds are NOT provided.

• Exceptions may occur in rare cases:

  • Product is found to be faulty.

  • Received product differs from the one ordered through our website.

 

Exchanges

To exchange a product, follow the Return Instructions & Policies above. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your request, enabling you to proceed with a new order for the preferred items. You have the option to exchange for a product of greater value, covering the difference in payment, or opt for a product of lesser value and receive the remaining balance in voucher form.

Gift Return

For gift returns, follow the same procedure above, and we'll guide you on returning the gift product. Upon return, we'll provide a gift voucher equal to the product's value. Gift returns are not exchangeable for cash but only for other products.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns for sale items and furnitures, unless they're faulty.
